The Cylinder Honing Machine from our unit is the award winning quality machine from the 1992 and 1999 NSIC techmart. Designed by experienced and skilled workforce, the machine is fabricated using 10 S W gauge sheet that gives a close dimensional accuracy and a perfect cross hatch pattern in the bores of engine cylinder body and sleeve.
The machine supports the easy interchange of conventional vitrified or abrasives with linear movement from end to end on linear bearings. Stroke speeds are variable and controllable. It is very easy to dial at any desired RPM and rate at any time while honing cradle of this machine can be indexed for precise alignment of inline and 60º or 90º V'S.

• The Hone Block is mounted on a sliding device to facilitate quick bore centering in a few seconds.

• In case of taper in the bore at the upper & lower portion, the hone can be set at the particular level (inching)

• This Machine is Completely noiseless in comparison with the Hydraulic one.
• The machine is box - type which avoids the wastage of cooling liquid.
• Due to its free flowing Honing Head, it can be adjusted left-right / up-down in the cylinder, bore within seconds.
